We’re keen on integrating a streamlined workflow, which is why we’re seeking an efficient all-in-one software solution to support the following processes:

  1. Client Meetings: Conducted via Google Meets, recorded for notetaking.
  2. Engagement and Invoicing: After client approval, we aim to draft engagement letters and invoices seamlessly, where language and pricing can be effortlessly customized, moving away from manual inputs.
  3. Document Delivery: A platform that simplifies sending engagement letters and invoices efficiently.
  4. Task Assignment: A system to smoothly allocate assignments to the right individuals or teams.

Our ultimate objective is to reduce platform overload and rely on a comprehensive legal platform supplemented by software handling billing, with robust capabilities for invoice generation and contract creation.

Among various options, we’ve reviewed solutions like MyCase, Zapier, Lawrify, Waveapps, Jotform, Smokeball, Casefox, Trello, and Dashboard Legal. These platforms have distinctive features that caught our attention and warrant deeper exploration to find the ideal fit for our needs.
