A Frustrating Experience with Centerbase: A Review

Transitioning to a new billing system can be a daunting task, and our recent experience with Centerbase has left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the challenges we’ve faced highlight significant gaps in their service offerings.

Since making the switch, we’ve encountered a striking absence of support when we needed it the most. The customer service team seems impossible to reach, making it challenging to address our initial concerns and ongoing inquiries. What’s more, the documentation provided is lacking clarity and depth, rendering it more of a hindrance than a help. Instead of being a reliable resource, it feels like a poorly constructed guide that consumes valuable time without delivering meaningful assistance.

Additionally, the onboarding process has been filled with unnecessary steps, diverting our focus away from what truly matters. Instead of a streamlined transition, it has become an overwhelming and frustrating endeavor due to the lack of technical support available.

In summary, our experience with Centerbase has been disappointing, marked by inadequate support and ineffective documentation. These issues have made our billing system transition much more cumbersome than anticipated. Moving forward, we hope that improvements will be made to enhance both customer service and documentation for the benefit of future users.
